Sonitrol Corporation's New Credit May Signal Acquisitions Ahead

Company selected for $40 million revolving credit, 'primarily for acquisitions'

Electronic security company Sonitrol has received a $135 million in credit. The credit offering included a $95 million term loan, plus $40 million revolving credit, which was undrawn when Sonitrol closed, and was made available "primarily for acquisitions" according to a statement from the company.

It may signal a new wave of acquisitions; a statement from the company said Sonitrol can even increase this revolving financial credit pool, which would even further leverage Sonitrol's acquisition capabilities.
