Gillmore Security Systems, an Oakwood Village, Ohio-based provider of security solutions for the residential and commercial markets, announced last week that it has acquired ABLE Security & Automation Corp.
This is Gillmore Security's second acquisition in the last four months, having previously acquired Worldwide Security in December.

Laino will be joining the Gillmore sales team as part of the acquisition.
