Teenager who suffered violent bullying attack which blinded one eye now suing city for victimization

The city of New York is facing a $16 million lawsuit over a case of bullying in its schools. A 14-year-old from Roy Mann Junior High School said he has been blinded in one eye from a case of bullying that involved a violent attack in the school's cafeteria. The lawsuit accuses the city's schools of failing to supervise the attackers. Since the attack, two of the accused attackers have been arrested.
