Eagle introduces new visitor management software

Lobby Track provides access control and video management in one system

Eagle Technologies

If being Europe’s largest distributor of desktop card printers wasn’t enough, Eagle Technologies has announced the addition of an exciting new entry level visitor management system to its portfolio: Lobby Track.

Designed by Jolly Technologies and with a retail starting price of just £497.00 for the stand alone single user licence, Lobby Track provides secure tracking, access control and visitor management in one easy to use, low cost software system. What’s more, it interfaces with third party databases in real-time, giving it added flexibility and functionality such as time and attendance.

A cost effective means of replacing the outdated visitor book for SMEs, Lobby Track provides a far more sophisticated – yet incredibly easy to use – method of logging and tracking individual or groups of visitors. With Lobby Track all visitors to the site have their details logged and photographic ID cards printed quickly and reliably. Data entry and display can be customised to meet each organization’s needs, as can the ID card design.

The ID cards are scanned every time the person enters the building, with the relevant image and visitor information displayed at check-in. Where required, alerts and messages can be set to appear at the time of check-in, with instructions.

Furthermore, when used in conjunction with a door entry system, Lobby Track provides access control functions, checking date, time and location. A choice of manual or automatic settings (i.e. for self registration) are provided for flexibility.

Lobby Track can also be used to track equipment entering and exiting the building, providing notifications if equipment is not returned within a pre determined timeframe.

With Lobby Track’s ability to seamlessly interface with existing data sources in real-time, it gives customers the added benefit of time and attendance monitoring. Check-in and check-out details recorded by Lobby Track can either be printed or exported for reports, or the information can be accessed by, for example, the organization’s payroll system.
