Two-building office project on the rise in Austin

What: Palisades West office project, Buildings One and Two.
Where: 6300 Bee Cave Road, at the northwest corner of Capital of Texas Highway (Loop 360) and Bee Cave Road.
Who: Cousins Properties Inc. is the developer. Mike Brown of Cousins Properties is marketing and leasing the space.
When: Palisades West will be ready for tenants in September.
Details: There is 375,521 square feet in two office buildings, anchored by a lease for 220,128 square feet with Dimensional Fund Advisors for Building One. SpawMaxwell Co. has been awarded the
$26.2 million interior construction contract on Building One. The building will have an internal grand staircase, an auditorium, cafeteria and executive offices.
