Dedicated Micros announced Friday that Dr. Alan E. Calegari, the company’s president and CEO is moving into a new role as a non-executive chairman.

The company said that Mark Provinsal, their current vice president of strategic marketing and product strategy, will take over as executive vice president and lead Dedicated Micros’ executive team.
