A recent report issued by the research and consulting firm IMS Research has named ioimage the world’s leading supplier of intelligent video devices for the second year in a row.
According to the report, "The World Market for Video Content Analysis 2008," ioimage, holds a 37.7 percent share of the world market for intelligent cameras and encoders, as well as 16 percent of the total intelligent video products market.
In addition, the report predicts that the market for surveillance solutions containing video analytics will continue to grow over the next several years, reaching an estimated $1 billion in 2012.
