Bosch appoints new training manager

Sheree Usiatynski to manage company's security and communications training academy


FAIRPORT, N.Y. – Bosch Security Systems, Inc. has appointed Sheree Usiatynski to manage the Bosch Security & Communications Training Academy. In her new role, Usiatynski will lead a team of technical trainers and instructional designers to expand Bosch’s online training and product certification offerings and to further improve instructor-led classroom courses.

The Security & Communications Training Academy currently offers 18 online training courses and tutorials, as well as a growing number of topic specific videos, which can be taken or viewed on demand whenever it is most convenient for the customer. With a range of eLearning offerings, Bosch enables customers to advance their knowledge and better understand the application of products without the expense of travel or time away from billable client activities.

At six training facilities spread throughout the country, Bosch also delivers 20 in-depth classroom courses - each held multiple times throughout the year. Classes cover various topics in the areas of video surveillance, intrusion detection, access control, critical communications, conferencing and professional audio systems.

Usiatynski joined Bosch in 2010 as a manager of technical support projects. She has more than 13 years of experience in leading global customer service and technical support teams.
