Continental Instruments enterprise class software now integrates with Alarm Lock’s Trilogy Networx Locks and Keypads in new release CardAccess version 2.8. This seamless integration enables cross-selling between the two access control divisions of Napco (i.e., Alarm Lock & Continental) and enables access control integrators to manage Alarm Lock’s PIN code and Prox ID card access locks from within an advance enterprise class system. It provides real time event reporting of the locks amidst the reports of campus’ door and alarm activity, while incorporating access privileges for lock users within the singular robust Continental database.
Marks-USA introduces the Mark’s Triple Play consisting of Grade 1 Mortise & Cylindrical Locksets, Panic Devices and Door Closers. The most popular of locksets, the auto-reverse 5 Series Mortise Lock, enables the lock handing to be reversed without removing the lock cover. The super durable Panic Devices have dead-locking latch bolts that minimize forced entry and offer a low cost solution to life safety requirements. They feature a full-length touchbar, corrosion-resistant, stainless steel heavy-duty gage. A full compliment of free wheeling lever trim is available in a wide range of architectural finishes. Marks’ versatile door closers represent the latest in door control technology, designed to exceed the demands of today’s buildings. With features like full range spring power adjustment, they provide flexibility needed to meet the many demands of commercial and institutional applications, including ADA barrier-free accessibility requirements. Also new at ISC, is Mark’s M9900 Exit Device that provides extreme durability for high impact applications such as schools, universities and other institutional or commercial buildings. The heavy-duty cast chassis provides superior durability, while the smooth reduced projection touchbar assembly minimizes catch hazards. The partial length touchpad permits options such as dogging. The M9900 is a Grade 1 Rim Panic Device and Mark’s 75 Series are Grade 2 highly durable cylindrical locksets in four lever styles and six functions. The 75 series features the “clutch” for trouble free service, and this, like all Marks mechanical products, is backed by their incredible lifetime warranty.
Richard Soloway, Chairman and CEO, stated, "We are pleased to present so many new exciting products, at this year’s ISC West show, many of which contain recurring revenue opportunities for the security professionals and NAPCO. The ISC West is an excellent time to exhibit the opportunities our products can afford so many security professionals and their clients, at one time. The majority of the dealers, integrators and locksmiths that attend the show come to see new products, and it is of utmost importance that we introduce them to our wide array of innovations and technologies, benefitting them and their customers. By doing so, they can grow their business and keep their customer’s security footprint up to date and make sure their assets are well protected."
