October 23, 2009: Olympia WA -- Patrick Townsend Security Solutions (PTSS) announced today that its long-time Customer Service leader, Robbn Miller, has been promoted to the position of Partner Manager. This new position was created to provide increased emphasis on the importance of partnerships to the company. In her new role, Ms. Miller will be responsible for enhancing existing partnerships and building new strategic relationships.
“As much as I will miss working in product support,” commented Ms. Miller, “I am very excited to be developing this new position and working closer with our business partners. I intend to make those partnerships work better for our customers, our partners, and for PTSS. I’m excited to be a driving force behind this new initiative.”

Robbn Miller’s acceptance of this new position created an opening in PTSS Customer Support, which has been filled by long-time Customer Support Specialist Jeff Atwood. Mr. Atwood, has been a member of the support team for six years.
