Las Vegas, NV (April 6, 2011) – Recognized throughout the industry for their innovative and high quality key control and asset management solutions, Morse Watchmans is showcasing the variety of options available in its extensive product portfolio here at ISC West. Particularly featured at this year’s exhibit are the KeyWatcher Single Locker Module and the KeyWatcher Six-Module Cabinet, as well as the Remote Box and the Hand Reader Interface.
"In today’s business environment, it’s essential to provide the flexibility to configure a system that best meets users’ needs and that can grow as their requirements grow," said Fernando Pires, VP Sales and Marketing, Morse Watchmans. "Our suite of key control and asset management solutions offers this capability in a cost effective, highly customizable and functionally rich fashion."
Demonstrating the capability to hold various types and quantities of keys and more, the Six Module KeyWatcher can be configured with 6, 8 or 16-key SmartKey modules or card/credit card modules. For securing smaller items such as documents, CDs, weapons or cell phones, KeyWatcher cabinets can also be configured with one or more Single Locker Modules.
Delivering an added layer of security is the Remote Box, designed to meet special needs of high security environments such as correctional facilities and casinos. Unique in the industry, the Remote Box provides an additional layer of protection by enabling the KeyWatcher itself to be placed in a secure room and requiring a second individual’s PIN input and verification in order for an authorized employee to access keys.
The Hand Reader, manufactured by Schlage, adds a further layer of security when accessing a KeyWatcher or KeyBank. The biometric appliance recognizes hand size and shape and matches the handprint to the template originally stored for that employee ID number. If there is a match, access is granted and the entry is recorded.
Morse Watchmans’ KeyWatcher and KeyBank key management solutions are modular, scalable systems that are interoperable with access control and other systems, in addition to providing control over who can remove a key. Advanced communication capabilities enable users to know who removed any key and when it was taken.
Also on display are the company’s SmartKey Locker Systems, Key-Pro Software, KeyRings, PowerCheck Guard Tour System and Tour-Pro Data Sorting Software.
