Four Levels of Protection
Chloride customers can choose from one of four maintenance agreements based on their required level of service. Platinum, Gold and Silver plans serve as extended warranties to protect the UPS investment, offering regular and off-hour preventive maintenance, along with emergency dispatch, reduced cost of critical components, and optional LIFE.net remote monitoring. The value-priced Bronze plan provides essential UPS maintenance and validation, priority emergency service, and discounted labor and materials. Customers enrolled in any of the four plans receive a comprehensive summary report that details the work performed and outlines recommended actions.

Superior customer service before, during and after sales is more important than ever in today's economic landscape. This is especially true when it comes to emergencies. Chloride's Emergency On-Call Dispatch Service demonstrates its customer commitment by being available 24/7/365 with or without a contract. Chloride will dispatch emergency assistance immediately to respond to critical situations. Rapid response in the event of a malfunction minimizes downtime and service interruption for mission-critical operations. Platinum, Gold and Silver plans entitle customers to emergency service at no expense.
