IQinVision announces newly enhanced Alliance-pro dome camera

San Juan Capistrano, CA, March 15, 2011—IQinVision (http://www.iqeye.com), market leader in high-performance HD megapixel IP cameras, today announced the introduction and initial shipments of the newly enhanced Alliance-pro multi-megapixel H.264 Main profile vandal dome camera line.

The next generation Alliance-pro supports VGA, 720p, 1080p, 3MP, and 5MP resolutions and provides the highest quality megapixel images with the lowest bandwidth demands. Both ONVIF and PSIA compliant, the Alliance-pro can be installed virtually anywhere and works seamlessly with the leading NVR/VMS software providers.

Designed with the installer in mind, installation and maintenance are made simple thanks to intuitive design, a hinged pivoting shroud, custom designed EZglide megapixel focus lens and 3-axis gimbal. The Alliance-pro is an excellent choice for indoor/outdoor installations such as Schools (K-12, University), Campuses, Municipalities, Government, Retail, Enterprise, and Healthcare.

Some of the Alliance-pro’s industry-leading features and benefits include H.264 Main profile and MJPEG compression; 30 fps @ 1080p, 10 fps @ 5MP; two-way audio, on camera storage, I/O; and the Lightgrabber™ II low-light feature. Like all IQeye cameras, the Alliance-pro comes backed with the best warranty in the business, a 3-year “bumper-to-bumper” warranty that covers everything. No exceptions, no excuses.

IQinVision’s H.264 cameras use Main profile encoding, which offers the most efficient video compression available while maintaining a smooth, high quality image and low network bandwidth utilization, resulting in lower storage costs.

“The Alliance dome camera line has proven to be highly popular across all our vertical markets,” said IQinVision President and CEO Pete DeAngelis. “Our customers know that we have the form factor, the feature set, the right lens, and the compression they need to supply all the cameras required for any given video surveillance system.”

IQinVision begins shipping the new Alliance-pro product March 15. The complete line of IQeye-brand Alliance Dome cameras will be on display at booth #3100 at the ISC West tradeshow in Las Vegas, NV, April 06-08.
