The Protection Bureau appoints Brian Delphus as central station manager

Exton, PA - The Protection Bureau welcomes Brian Delphus as Central Station Manager. Mr. Delphus will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our on-premise CSAA Certified Central Station.

Mr. Delphus comes to us with sixteen years of Call and Command Center management experience. At his previous position with Ameritech, Brian built a Customer Care Center from 21 agents to over 1,500 agents. While he also managed over 3,000 agents in four different locations for QVC, he'll have a much smaller staff to coordinate in our 7x24x365 Central Station.

With his many certifications, a Master's in Business Administration and Marketing from University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State, we know that Mr. Delphus will be an asset to our team.
