DMP launches Entre CS access and security management software

Company creates new monitoring and management revenue opportunities for central stations

Springfield, Missouri — July 8, 2009 — Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) has released Entré CS, the newest version of its popular Entré Access & Security Management System Software. Central stations can now take advantage of this powerful software to provide their clients with Managed Access Control, creating an opportunity for the central stations to expand the range of services offered and generate incremental recurring revenue. Entré CS is the first and only application to enable integrated systems management, bringing together both security and access control in one package.

“Entré has proven to be an intuitive yet powerful security system management application,” said Vice President of Technical Services, David Roberts. “With the release of Entré CS, central stations can now put the software to work for their clients, providing remote management as an outsourced service. For alarm system dealers who've been thinking about providing monitoring and management services, this version of our software opens the door to new additions to their services with unlimited opportunities for revenue growth."

Entré CS works with DMP XR100/XR500 Command Processor Panels. The network capabilities of the panel and software enable monitoring and management of customer facilities anywhere via Web or standard clients. Entré CS users can offer a full range of services with no additional computers, software or related maintenance at their customers’ sites. Once in place, managed services relationships provide closer, long-term relationships with clients that create both reliable revenue streams and regular opportunities to present additional products and services.
Additional features include:

• Expandable to adapt and grow services to accommodate changing customer needs, from a single area or building to multiple facilities at geographically dispersed locations.

• Remote panel programming that reduces the need for on-site service calls.

• Multiple customer management capability from a single workstation.

• Optional modules to create profitable customized service offerings, including card/badge production and video system management, and others.
