Sweden-based IP video solutions provider Axis Communications announced Monday that former ICx Technologies and Lenel executive Jack L. Meltzer has been named as the company’s new architectural and engineering (A&E) and consultant program manager.
According to a statement issued by the company, Meltzer, who has more than 25 years experience in the security industry, will act as chief liaison and manage Axis’ A&E programs, which provide support to consultants who design and install IP-based security systems.
"Jack has a unique perspective and vast experience in the security industry"†Axis Communications General Manager Fredrik Nilsson said in the statement. "We are pleased that he has joined Axis and look forward to his important work with our A&E partners and customers."
