CARROLLTON, Texas - January 26, 2010 – GenNx360 Holding, Inc., and GVI Security Solutions, a leading provider of video security surveillance solutions featuring the complete range of SAMSUNG products, welcomes Lloyd Trotter, Ken Boyda, Rena Clark and David Schuldt to the Board of Directors of GenNx360 GVI Holding, Inc. Mr. Trotter, who has been appointed Chairman, Mr. Boyda, Ms. Clark and Mr. Schuldt join Steven Walin, CEO and Joseph Restivo COO/CFO on the board.

Lloyd G. Trotter became Managing Partner of GenNx360 Capital Partners after a nearly 40-year career with General Electric (NYSE: GE) capped by his being appointed a vice chairman of the company in August 2006.
As a vice chairman of GE and president and chief executive officer of GE Industrial, Trotter was responsible for a $28 billion business with nearly 80,000 employees worldwide. GE Industrial, comprised of GE Consumer & Industrial and GE Enterprise Solutions, provides a broad range of products and services throughout the world, including appliances, lighting and industrial products, factory automation systems, security and sensor technology, along with equipment financing, management, and operating services.
Prior to this role, Mr. Trotter was executive vice president of Operations where he led efforts to improve operational excellence across GE's businesses. From 2004 to 2006 he served as president and chief executive officer of GE Consumer & Industrial, a role he assumed following the 2004 merger of GE's Consumer Products, Industrial Systems, and Supply businesses.
Mr. Trotter was a founding member of GE's African-American Forum and is actively involved in professional and community organizations. He represented GE for America's Promise, an organization aiming to increase volunteerism in support of youth. He has served on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM), the National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering (NACME), the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA), and the GE Foundation. He is currently on the board of Pepsico.
Mr. Trotter graduated from Cleveland State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and in 2001 the school awarded him an honorary doctorate degree. He has also been awarded an honorary doctorate degree from the school of business at North Carolina A&T.
Most recently, Mr. Boyda held the position of president and CEO of GE Security, a $2 billion global business focused on communication and information technologies for security, safety and lifestyle enhancements. GE Security was initially formed through General Electric’s acquisition in 2002 of Interlogix, Inc., where Boyda served as president, CEO, and director.
