New line of Pelco products hit IFSEC floor

Pelco, a leader in the manufacture of video and security equipment, will display several new additions to its product line at IFSEC 2008.

Spectra IV IP Network Dome Cameras -- An IP-based camera/dome positioning system with the features, responsiveness and reliability of the most trusted name in the industry, Spectra IV IP provides seamless integration into all video security applications by delivering first-of-its-kind, true simultaneous IP and analog functionality. Featuring all of the advantages of an advanced network camera with the performance and features expected from the leading dome manufacturer, Spectra IV IP is guaranteed to be the benchmark for every IP-based positioning system to follow.

Digital Sentry Video Management Solutions -- No matter where your video security system falls along the technology curve – analog, IP or anywhere in between – Digital Sentry is your solution. The same Digital Sentry software that powers the DS Digital Video Management Systems shipped from the factory can be used in a software only configuration on the customer provided Dell / HP Server to provide a pure IP camera solution. Digital Sentry is based on open architecture, supporting third party IP cameras, storage, and software applications such as Network Health Monitoring and Video Analytics. The most versatile video software in the industry, Digital Sentry allows for customized configuration of any combination of devices and provides a proactive approach to data management. You can also plan to see many of the other Pelco DVR's integrated into the Control Point Client Software and a full integration to all the Pelco IP cameras.

IP3701 Series Color Network Cameras -- These cameras add value to existing IT and security investments. Built upon an open architecture, users can view and control these reliable and affordable cameras with a standard Web browser, Digital Sentry Video Management, Endura network-based video security systems or through third-party software. Convenient Power over Ethernet (PoE) makes IP3701 installation easy and cost effective, and the distinctive design is ideal for use in confined spaces.

IP110 Series Network Camclosure -- Featuring open architecture, a choice of eight Integrated Optics Packages, and a built-in Web server, Camclosure IP systems can be viewed and controlled with a standard Web browser as part of the Pelco enterprise-class Endura system, the Pelco Digital Sentry, or via third-party software. Camclosure IP comes standard with Power over Ethernet (PoE), enabling both power and video to transmit on a single cable. And because Camclosure IP systems feature new pixel-based imagers, security personnel monitor images with astonishing detail regardless of the lighting condition.

Endura Network Intelligent Video -- Endura puts intelligent video at the edge of the network, enabling higher accuracy in video analytics while minimizing demands on network bandwidth.
