Milan office expands with sales support, tech support

Hirsch Electronics, a California company well known for its access control and complete security management systems, is finding rapid growth in the European, Middle Eastern and Asian (EMEA) markets.

The company announced today that, to keep up with the growth, it will be expanding its EMEA office. The office, which is located in Milan, Italy, has provided sales and support functions. To expand the office, Hirsch has added more pre- and post-sales support staff as well as technical support. Additional sales staff for the region are also planned.

"We are supporting customers from Sweden to South Africa, from Ireland to the UAE, and everywhere in between," said Nicola "Niki" Caletti, managing director of Hirsch's EMEA office. Hirsch's vice president of sales John Piccininni said that the company's long-term overseas presences has created "a mature distribution network" and that the EMEA office expansion further underscores the company's commitment to that distribution network.
