3.5-inch QVGA TFT display uses white LED backlight

OSD Displays (OSD) - Winter Park, FL. has announced another innovative active matrix TFT-LCDs for hand-held consumer and industrial applications.

The OSD0345CA6T1 is a 3.45" diagonal transmissive QVGA TFT with White LED backlight and with or without integrated resistive touchscreen.

The OSD0345CA6T1 boasts a high performance long-life White LED backlight. It offers an initial typical brightness of 320 cd/m2 with 40k hours of service life.

The display has a 24-bit RGB interface and can support up to 16.7M colors.

CCIR601/656 interface is also supported.

Overall dimensions are 76.9mm x 63.9 mm x 4.4mm, with an active area of 53.28mm x 71.04mm.

The display features a 200:1 contrast ratio with the backlight on.

This display module integrates LCD control functions using Chip-On-Glass (COG) technology to create a space-efficient, reliable, low-power module. Chip-On-Glass (COG) construction allows the driver ICs to be mounted directly to the LCD panel reducing the overall component count and mechanical footprint.
