AMAG Technology attended PSA-TEC earlier this month in St. Charles, Ill., and returned home with two awards. AMAGâ€™s customer service department won an Outstanding Customer Service Team award. This new award was presented in recognition of the exceptional customer service the department provides to the PSA Customer Service team. Zonoe Jalomo, of AMAG Technology, accepted the award on behalf of the customer service department.
Loren Lloyd, AMAG Central Regional Sales Manager, was awarded the Outstanding Product Representation award for his work with the PSA members in his area. This award is the result of voting by the PSA members.

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Matt Barnette delivered the presentation, "Highly Integrated IP Security Management Systems" to an audience of PSA members. Attendees learned how deep integration and advanced technology are required to deploy a synergistic security management system where access control and digital video work together as one. The information focused specifically on how to future proof technology, supporting IP migration so organizations can upgrade to the most up-to-date technology at their own pace.
AMAG demonstrated its Symmetry Security Management System with Symmetry Video at the vendor exhibition on, May 7. Integrators could also participate in Symmetry certification training throughout the week.
