Private security company adds guard services firm to company portfolio

Andrews International announced Wednesday that they have acquired Michigan-based guard services firm Seventrees Corporation.

According to a statement issued by California-based Andrews International, which was recently ranked by an industry publication as the fifth-largest U.S. private security company, the acquisition represents its continuing growth strategy and allows them to bring more expertise to the firm as they will retain Seventrees' senior partners.

The deal will also allow them to bring Seventrees' Crossroads Training Academy into their company portfolio. Crossroads teaches security personnel unique driving skills, such as attack recognition and avoidance.
