PerMar's Bill Jackson Joins DMP as President and COO

Jackson moves from top central station company PerMar to alarm systems company DMP

Springfield, Missouri—June 9, 2006— William E. “Bill” Jackson has joined Digital Monitoring Products, DMP, as the corporation’s President and Chief Operating Officer and will assume his duties June 12, 2006. Jackson will be the executive responsible for the day-to-day management of the company.

Making the announcement was DMP owner, Rick Britton. “We have been working toward this goal for some time now and the management team is excited about the great opportunities and possibilities. With Bill in this new position, I will be able to devote my time to key customer relations and product development and research.”

Prior to joining DMP, Jackson served as President and C.O.O. of PerMar Security Services, a large Midwest central station alarm company with 20 branch offices. Since 2003, Jackson has also served on the Board of Directors of Security Network of America (SNA). Previous senior executive positions include AMR Corporation, and The Wackenhut Corporation.
