Securitas Names New Head for Cash Management Services

Marianne St. Denis named vice president of CMS development for U.S., Europe

MADISON, Conn. -- The Cash Handling Services Division of Securitas has named Marianne St. Denis as its international Vice President Cash Management Services Development. In this role, she will lead CMS business development activities and operational efficiency initiatives in both the U.S. and Europe.

St. Denis boasts 24 years of business development and management experience primarily concentrated in the area of cash processing and related systems. Her most recent position was as Vice President Integrated Solutions for De La Rue Cash Systems where she served global and U.S. markets in reengineering projects migrating back office cash processing toward a transaction driven business model. Her clientele included numerous major financial institutions as well as the U.S. Federal Reserve.

"With her extensive background in payment processing systems and related equipment, Marianne brings to us an expertise in global cash handling practices," said Clas Thelin, President of the Securitas Cash Handling Service Division. "In Europe, nearly 40% of our revenue is generated from cash processing activities and we see similar trends toward outsourcing this activity in the U.S. Marianne will apply a wealth of great practical experience in refining our CMS solutions to serve our banking and retail customers."
