The Teleview Technologies TW-UTP7001 is the latest generation of affordably priced multi-function passive Video/RS485/Power baluns. With a standard BNC input, it is capable of transmitting color video up to 300 meters (1000 feet), black-and-white video up to 600 meters (2000 feet), and RS-485 data up to 1000 meters (3000 feet) over Cat-5 cable with RJ45 modular plugs on each end. DC power delivery is provided, ranging from 30 meters to 120 meters (100 to 400 feet), depending on the camera’s power consumption.
With no tiny screws or awkward terminal strips, it is perfect for reliably passing video and control data for PTZs, zoom cameras, and other cameras with OSD. It is an economical solution for any video application.
