Bosch's Eisenstadt Receives NBFAA President's Award

Eisenstadt has served as associate member rep for NBFAA board for three years

Fairport, New York -- Bosch Security Systems, a full-line manufacturer of high-quality security systems and components, announces that Harvey Eisenstadt, national account manager, has received the 2006 President's Award from the National Burglar & Fire Alarm Association (NBFAA) at the NBFAA Awards Luncheon in Las Vegas at the beginning of April.

NBFAA President Scot Colby presented the award to Eisenstadt, who has been the associate member representative for the NBFAA Board of Directors for more than three years. Eisenstadt has also been the associate director and convention chair for the California Alarm Association (CAA) for more than 25 years.

"Harvey has been a strong advocate for active participation in the national and state associations," said Colby. "A mentor to many, he has set a standard of excellence for association members and others in the security industry to follow."

Under Eisenstadt's leadership, the NBFAA Associate Membership category has grown to more than 60 member companies - a 200 percent increase from three years ago. A recipient of the CAA George A. Weinstock Award for Lifetime Achievement and Service to the Industry, Eisenstadt also received the CAA Mark Schubert Memorial Award presented by the 10 regional chapters in California.

Eisenstadt has been in the electronic security industry for more than 40 years, and has held positions such as product manager; regional sales manager; national sales manager; vice president of sales and marketing; and for the past 12 years, he has been a national account manager for Radionics, Detection Systems, and Bosch Security Systems.
