DALLAS - Safeguard Security Holdings, Inc., a provider of corporate and industrial security systems and personnel, announces that its SYSTEMSgroup business unit has appointed David L. Andrews, Vice President, Outsourced Services.
He is a retired executive of TXU, where he was appointed as Corporate Security Manager and held that position for several years. After his retirement in late 2005 and prior to joining SYSTEMSgroup, Mr. Andrews returned to his legal practice and specialized in business law in a Fort Worth, Texas firm.
Martin Cramer, Vice President, SGI Protective Services, an operating business unit of SYSTEMSgroup, stated, "David is a critical addition to our team as we continue to expand our services in the energy markets.
