Under this agreement, both firms will market an integrated product for residential electrical and security system controls. The combined features of Lagotek and Alarm.com add full featured home security to Lagotek's HomeView surveillance system in addition to other platform applications that control home heating, air conditioning, lighting, irrigation systems and distributed audio.
