SAN DIEGO - Alarm.com, a leading provider of Web-enabled, wireless security and activity monitoring technology, and Lagotek Corporation, the developer of a new and revolutionary approach to wireless whole home automation, today announced at Hanley Wood's Digital Home Conference a joint marketing agreement. Under this agreement, both firms will market an integrated product for residential electrical and security system controls. "We are very pleased to be jointly marketing an integrated package that includes Alarm.com's 100% wireless security technology and Lagotek's wireless whole home automation system," said Steve Trundle, CEO of Alarm.com. "Our strategies for the residential marketplace are well aligned with those of Lagotek and together, we provide state-of-the-art residential systems that advance the homeowner experience by making homes more secure as well as more efficient, convenient and comfortable.
