Partnerships formed with Oracle, Sun Microsystems, ActivIdentity, Johnson Controls and Tech Systems

Las Vegas, NV (September 24, 2007) - Quantum Secure, Inc. the leader in physical and IT security identity convergence, announced the expansion of its partner network with the additions of Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL), Sun Microsystems Inc., (NASDAQ: JAVA), and ActivIdentity (NASDAQ: ACTI) to its portfolio of strategic technology partners that deliver end-to-end Identity and Access Management Solutions spanning IT and Physical Security infrastructures. In addition, Quantum Secure announced the addition of Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), and Tech Systems to its global value added reseller (VAR) channel team.

Quantum Secure aligns with leading physical access control systems and IT security management companies to deliver end-to-end solutions for global corporations and government agencies. The partnerships serve to unify siloed security technologies into a comprehensive, standards-based identity management framework across physical and IT domains.

"Our channel and technology partners play a key role for us, contributing to the breadth and depth of our global business offering for our customers," said Ajay Jain, CEO and President of Quantum Secure. "Quantum Secure believes strongly in aligning with best-of-breed vendors and building mutually-beneficial partnerships to meet the growing demand for physical security automation".

At the core of each partner's offering is the Quantum Secure SAFE Physical-Identity Management System (P-IDMS) suite of products. Quantum Secure's SAFE P-IDMS allows enterprises and government agencies to consolidate complex physical security and enterprise systems into a single identity source. Security managers can create processes and common policies to grant, revoke, and provision physical security identities and access privileges across disparate technologies. By eliminating the need for manual processes and redundant communications, SAFE P-IDMS reduces vulnerabilities across all strategic physical access points of an extended enterprise, thus improving security, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency.
