Company also announces realignment of regional sales responsibilities

Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies today announced that Bob Brust will be Regional Commercial Sales Vice President for the Northwest Region. Regional vice presidents provide overall direction to the company’s SSC (Security & Safety Consultant) organization, maintain relationships with key distributors, architects and end users, and provide a critical link between the commercial field organization and corporate headquarters.

"I am very excited about the opportunity," Brust relates. "Our local leaders in this region are strong and we have a very high performance team. Our customer base is well respected by the local end users and I look forward to helping the entire team becoming even more proficient."

Most recently, Brust was general sales manager for Ingersoll Rand Security Technologies’ Mountain States SSC and has held sales management positions with the company for the last eight years. Previous stints include sales and customer service management experience with Owens Corning and Armstrong World Industries. Brust graduated from the University of New Hampshire. He will continue to reside in Colorado.

In consort with Brust’s promotion, the company has realigned regional responsibilities commencing May 1. The new alignment will not affect local relationships at the SSC level.

According to Jason Pulliam, vice president commercial sales and service, Americas, "Changing regional reporting lines lets us give people a new outlook on some different markets, share best practices across new territories and further develop our sales leadership."

In addition to Brust, Darren Blankenship will cover the Southwest Region, Rick White will cover the Midwest Region, and Chuck Strauss will cover the East Region. Leif Selstad remains covering Canada.
