iView Releases iTrak Version 4.6 for Incident Reporting and Risk Management

This major release of the proven iTrak platform delivers key enhancements and features, including; the iPass Enterprise Employee Web Portal and iTrak Enterprise Best Practices Module.

iPass Enterprise Employee Web Portal: The iPass Employee Web Portal provides a web driven application for employees to pre-register visitors and groups of visitors via the intranet or internet thus reducing visit request times and communication between employees and security/visit staff. The Web Portal provides complete employee registration and authorization as well as e-mail notification and alerts to security staff of pending visit requests, changes, approvals, arrivals and overdue visits.

iTrak Enterprise Best Practices Module: The iTrak Best Practices Module provides a centralized repository to load company best practices, policies and procedures, safety and other workplace information from Word, PDF and other formats. This in turn is immediately available to all iTrak users to access and search to determine and follow standard operating procedures within the iTrak system individual modules such as daily log and incident reporting.
