The office, located in the greater Chicago area, is the fourth opened by S2 in the past year.
"S2's decision to open our newest sales office in the Chicago area was based on the need for a permanent field presence in the Midwest," said R. Todd Smith, vice president of sales for S2. "There is increasing demand from integrators for the S2 NetBox product, and we've been opening and staffing field offices at the rate of one per quarter."
The Midwest sales office will be managed by security industry veteran Paul Williams, who brings a breadth of experience in manufacturing and as a systems integrator. Williams' unique perspective from both sides of the industry speaks to S2's commitment to service and support. The Midwest office joins domestic offices in the Boston and San Francisco areas and the international sales office in greater London.
