With more than eighteen years of experience in every functional area of the company – including manufacturing, sales, marketing, product development, quality control and management – Mr. Hoska brings extensive experience to the position of CEO.

“Steve’s thorough understanding of our organization and extensive hands-on experience position him perfectly to lead Winsted’s senior management team,” says Randy Smith, president.

“I am excited to assume a stronger leadership role, enabling Winsted to continue to grow and expand our position as a leader in the technical furniture industry,” says Hoska.

Mr. Hoska will continue working with the company as chairman of the board.

“I have been fortunate to play a role in the growth of an outstanding company,” says Gerald. “Now, I look forward to future opportunities under Steve and Randy’s able leadership.”
