Garda subsidiary to assume duties on April 1

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 2, 2006) - The Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) announced today that a subsidiary of Garda World Security Corporation (TSX:GW), one of North America's leading providers of physical security, cash handling, investigative and pre-employment screening services, will assume the contract for passenger and baggage security screening operations at Calgary International Airport, effective April 1st, 2006.
