Integrator deploys ISONAS access system at their Victor, N.Y., office

February 6, 2007, Boulder, Colorado - TechNet Global Services, a company that provides, installs and services a variety of networks and technologies, announced today the deployment of the ISONAS, panel-free IP Access Control System throughout their Victor, N.Y., location. TechNet worked with Maryland-based Quantuum Energy Products to design and procure the solution. All building and warehouse ingress/egress points have been fitted with ISONAS IP Reader-Controllers which connect directly to the TechNet IP network and eliminate the need for traditional security control panels and expensive wiring.

TechNet’s decision rested not only on the substantial savings on equipment and installation costs but also on the features and benefits. The ISONAS product offers a pure IP, integrated Power over Ethernet solution and offers both wired and wireless based readers. The application allows for management across multiple sites and allows for multiple tenant management designs.

"Not only is this solution panel-free, but it's a pure IP-based solution", said Jerry Fischette, CEO of TechNet Global Services. "Now, access control is integrated within our network infrastructure giving us total control. We can review and program the entire system via IP right from our desktops."

Fischette added, "The ISONAS solution was easy to install and configure, enabling our business to easily adopt access control while giving us the flexibility to add time and attendance functionality or emergency response technology at a later date."
