Acquisition of Florida security firm brings AlliedBarton further into residential security services

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. – Feb. 1, 2007 - AlliedBarton Security Services, the largest American owned and managed security services firm, announced that is has completed the acquisition of The Fox Group International, a security services firm located in Florida.

AlliedBarton will immediately assume the security responsibilities of The Fox Group’s client sites.
