David Sullivan Named Fargo President

Former HID Global managing director to take helm

Minneapolis, MN (January 29, 2007) Fargo Electronics, Inc., a global leader in secure technologies for card identity systems, today announced that David M. Sullivan has been named president effective immediately. Sullivan's previous position was as managing director for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) division of ASSA ABLOY'S HID Global Corporation. As Fargo president, Sullivan will be responsible for setting strategy and development of business objectives.

With a 20-year record of professional achievement, Sullivan's career has been characterized by strategic vision and focus. His experience includes 13 years with HID Global in a number of senior executive roles including his most recent work with the EMEA region. Under Mr. Sullivan's leadership for the last two years, the EMEA division achieved substantial growth.
