Milestone Systems' XProtect Enterprise IP video surveillance software received laud from the UK IP UserGroup as its winner of the IP in Security Innovation award.
The award was named and presented during the IIPSEC 2006 show, where the company's .Net technology also saw its entry as a final into the IP Security Awards Best Software Product category.
Milestone's Henrik Friborg, the company's vice president and co-founder, applauded the IP UserGroup, saying that the group, like Milestone, was seeking the IT/physical convergence.
