The new watch list feature automatically checks visitors entered into the system against internally generated “do not allow†lists, as well as the ability to automatically download government watch lists. This has become an increasingly sought after feature in lieu of recent mandates for companies conducting government related business.

STOPware’s PassagePoint Professional and Enterprise line of products, delivers a wide range of enhancements that provide an enriched feature set with exceptional versatility and unprecedented levels of visitor management. The new watch list capability is implemented through the software’s exclusive system notification feature called SecureView™ which provides security personnel with instantaneous system status, security alerts and “watch lists†containing photos and information on individuals. Watch lists can be custom configured in a variety of colors and formats by the system administrator to conform to the user’s specific requirements. Other tasks possible using SecureView include viewing/printing of building status and evacuation reports on an individual or system-wide basis; and immediate notification of emergencies.
Additional features of PassagePoint Professional V4.5 include: Rapid Registration that allows quick and easy scanning of passports, driver’s licenses and business cards for more efficient visitor registration procedures; and a Web Pre-Registration Module to provide easy search and posting of pre-registration lists; Custom Registrations to designate different lengths of visits and badges to accommodate contractors, temporary employees or out of town personnel; LDAP Compatibility via an optional directory link add-on that supports the latest LDAP protocols for integration with enterprise level systems; a new Badge Design Wizard that allows custom badges with 2D bar codes, print preview and multiple label and printer compatibility.
