BS7799 is the most widely recognized information security standard in the world and will soon become ISO 27001. It provides a systematic approach to managing the protection of confidential company and customer information. BS7799 details stringent requirements for the implementation of an information security management system, including security policy, organizational and personnel security, communications and operations management, as well as business continuity management.
This award recognizes Axalto's commitment to ensuring the highest levels of information security and risk management. For the company's customers, this translates directly into increased trust as they can be assured of the integrity and security of their confidential data during information exchange, personalization process and product development.
