High-end high-rise condo project to be connected by Viscount MESH system

Burnaby, B.C. -- Viscount Systems Inc. has announced the company's MESH system has been selected by Grace Communities and IPN to secure its new 44 Monroe project being constructed in downtown Phoenix. Located at the corner of Monroe and 1st Avenue, 44 Monroe is destined to be one of the tallest buildings in Phoenix and one of the city's most prestigious residential addresses. Viscount dealer Teknon, partnered with IPN, will be providing a complete complement of MESH Touch Screen Visitor Stations, Keyfob access and security, AMX home automation, and an array of state-of-the-art technology. Teknon has additional MESH projects booked including Portales Place www.portalesplace.net and X Ten Wine Lofts www.tenlofts.net. Both are luxury condominium projects underway in Scottsdale, Arizona, and are also by Grace Communities.

Viscount dealer Teknon will install Access Control for the 34-story, 204 Luxury condominiums project. A MESH Main outside wall-mounted unit with vandal-resistant touch color screen will be installed as well as a built-in color camera to record photo ID of all inbound guests with time and date DVR recorder. A CATV private channel interface to Main MESH panel will provide a live view of guest calling apartment, key fob readers will allow for common doors for Pool, Business Offices, Gym, and the Media Room. A MESH Mini Server will be installed for integration to CCTV Color Cameras, MESH software will be used for on site administration programming and view access.
