Questex Media Group, Inc., announced the keynote speakers for SensorsGov, to be held December 6-8, 2005 at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, VA. The keynote presentations, led by industry visionaries from U.S. Department of Homeland Security, NASA and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, will offer attendees insight into important advances in the use of sensors, from advance detection to predictive maintenance. SensorsGov will also feature a special pre-conference training program entitled "RFID Essentials for Military Applications," which will be led by instructors from the RFID Technical Institute.

It also contains short elements of SensorsGov's one-week RFID Fundamentals course, as well as RFID for Maritime, RFID Logistics, and RFID for Maintenance Service and Repair. The session will be conducted by Ann Grackin, President, and Bill McBeath, Certified Instructor, of the RFID Technical Institute.

On Tuesday, December 6, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. SensorsGov will open with a keynote presentation by Dr. David G. Boyd, Systems Engineering Science and Technology Directorate, U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Dr. Boyd will discuss Homeland Security's efforts toward wireless communications interoperablility with attendees.

Dr. Jamie Downs, regional medical examiner at the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, will deliver his keynote presentation titled, "Sensor Applications: A Medical Examiner's Perspective" on Wednesday, December 7, at 9 a.m.

Dr. Bruce Holmes, director, Strategic Partnership, Planning & Management Office, NASA Langley Research Center, will deliver his keynote presentation on transportation and sensing technology on Thursday, December 8, at 8:30 a.m.
