USProtect Names New Vice President, Human Resources and Administration

Jacqueline M. LaRocca to fill position for physical security, force protection company

USProtect, a leading provider of physical security, force protection, risk assessment and emergency preparedness services exclusively to the United States Federal Government, announced that Ms. Jacqueline LaRocca has joined the company as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration.

As vice president of human resources and administration, LaRocca is responsible for the oversight and management of all of USProtect's human resource functions and administration.' Her duties include identifying and hiring quality personnel, employee relations, benefit administration, and human resource policy development and implementation.' LaRocca brings to USProtect a tremendous amount of expertise and experience in human resource management and administration.' ''

LaRocca has served in a variety of leadership and executive human resource positions.' Prior to joining USProtect, LaRocca served as the Human Resource Manager for the U. S. Probation Office and U. S. Pretrial Services Agency in Dallas, Texas where she was responsible for managing the human resources function including: employee relations, benefit administration, policy development, staffing, compensation and training. 'In addition, LaRocca was the Manager of Training and Development at EXE Technologies where she was responsible for creating and implementing employee training, and organizational development programs. 'At Exel Logistics, LaRocca successfully managed the ISO 9001 Quality Program, and participated in international merger and acquisition activities.

Prior to her human resource career, LaRocca started and managed her own psychotherapy and employee assistance program business in New Orleans, Louisiana.' Ms. LaRocca is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management. 'She obtained her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2000.

LaRocca holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park, a master's degree in social work from Catholic University of America, Washington, D.C., and a master's degree in human resource management and training from Amberton University, Garland, Texas.
