Company standardizes for seven of their most popular magnetic contacts

Honeywell has standardized on wide gap contacts for seven of their most popular magnetic contacts—making it even easier for dealers to select the right item for their needs. In many cases, this will enable dealers to purchase a more robust magnetic contact at a competitive price.

"Traditionally dealers had to worry themselves with ordering a variety of contacts for different installations. By standardizing on the wide gap contact, now they do not have to be concerned about purchasing different products. They can feel confident that they have the solution to meet any installation need," explains Kevin Piel, product manager for Honeywell's sensor products.

The line consolidation will eliminate duplicate products sold under different brand names (ADEMCO, ADEMCO Pro, IntelliSense and FBII) and all will be available in convenient Ammo Box packaging.
