DEL MAR, Calif. - Homeland Security Group International (Pink Sheets:HMSG), announced today that its security division had signed a contract to provide security guard services for all "Good Guys" electronics stores in San Diego County.

"CompUSA, the parent company of Good Guys is either closing facilities or transitioning Good Guys stores into Comp USA stores," said Mark Wilson, Director of Security for Homeland Security Group International. "We have been contracted to provide uniformed security guards at all locations during the transition."

"The security guard business model is very attractive to us due to the recurring revenue stream and potential for long term contracts. Our survey of the industry has indicated a strong need for security guard services that exceed the traditional minimum wage monitoring services most companies offer. Our strategy has been to offer to our customers a more comprehensive approach individually tailored to their security needs," commented Colonel Jeffrey Powers, CEO of HMSG. "Our Director of Security, Mark Wilson has extensive experience in this arena. His background in embassy security for the US Marine Corps and as private detective and former police officer provides insights and perspective on our clients' security needs that are proving invaluable to the marketplace," concluded Colonel Powers.
