Accounting and operations software offers tailored functions specifically for security dealers and systems integrators

Software developer Reliable Group recently announced the release of AlarmKey Standard. The solution is a small business version of AlarmKey Enterprise, which has been developed by the company since 1974.

AlarmKey Standard is being released specifically for smaller security industry businesses. The out-of-the-box package allows owners to control operations, accounting, and analysis all from a centralized database.

The majority of generic accounting solutions like QuickBooks do not have the capability to deal with specific security industry issues. "Dealers are tired of disparate systems that they currently have in place," says Veeral P. Lakhani, VP of Sales & Marketing, Reliable Group, "AlarmKey Standard is designed to eliminate the tiny problems that obstruct smooth workflow. By having information available in a consolidated view, owners are able to make stronger business decisions."

AlarmKey Standard has integrated operations & accounting functions which allows for, among many other benefits, the ability to measure job profitability directly from the proposal and automatically generate recurring billing directly from a completed work order.

"For over 30 years, AlarmKey Enterprise has served mid-to-large sized security integrators," said Lakhani "AlarmKey Standard is streamlined and priced to sell for small security dealers and integrators."

The AlarmKey Standard package includes Estimating, Work Orders, Inventory Control, Accounting, and Management designed specifically for the security industry and runs on Windows XP, 2000, and 2003 with an SQL server backend. To learn more, visit www.alarmkey.com.
