Pasadena, Calif., Hospital Makes Major Investment in CCTV, Access Control

Company uses Diversified Security Solutionsin $800,000 contract for security upgrade

SADDLE BROOK, N.J. -- Diversified Security Solutions, Inc. (AMEX:DVS) , announced today that it's Henry Bros. Electronics (HBE) division was awarded an $800,000 contract with Huntington Hospital, a non-profit 525-bed acute care trauma facility in Pasadena, California. The project will include upgrading the hospital's current security with the latest security technology; CCTV digital recorders and access control.

The contract includes security solutions for an existing 27-acre hospital campus, as well as, the ability to expand with future hospital construction, and a 24-hour, 7 day a week Security Operations Center. The initial project is scheduled for completion in early 2005.
