HST signs up Five Alarm Security for security projects using Honeywell products

DEL MAR, Calif. -- Homeland Security Technology, Inc. (a Division of Amnis, Inc.), has announced that HST Inc., has recently concluded negotiations with Five Alarm Security of Carlsbad, Calif., to partner in offering Honeywell security alarm products to commercial and residential clients nationwide.

"We have been working hard to find a company with the talent and contracts that Five Alarm Security brings to the table," commented Mark Wilson, director of security systems division for Homeland Security Technology Inc. "Five Alarm is a local company with a sterling track record in the alarm industry. This partnership will allow us to offer Honeywell commercial and residential alarm and video monitoring systems to clients from coast to coast."

Terms of the partnership agreement were not made available but both companies have expressed a strong desire to have contracts signed by Tuesday, Aug. 16.

"We feel that our two companies are a perfect match," said Sean Hamm, president of Five Alarm Security. "HST, Inc. has been keeping us very busy with contracts for security systems in the northern San Diego County area and we agreed that now was the perfect time to partner with this outstanding company."
