The Jones Group utilizes Brivo as it expands access control management

Clothing company moves to establish one system, one screen for all its global facilities


Bethesda, MD, February 15, 2012 – Brivo Systems LLC, a leader in Software as a Service (SaaS) applications for security management, today announced that The Jones Group Inc. ("Jones"), a leading designer, marketer and wholesaler of branded apparel, footwear and accessories, has deployed Brivo ACS WebService in many of its facilities and is continuing to roll out Brivo access control management to other company properties. Protection One, Fire and Security Services, and Peace of Mind Security have all provided integration and installation expertise on this on-going project.

Jones began installing Brivo in 2008 and now has cloud-based access control installed in six of its New York City facilities, a facility in Pennsylvania, and another in California, among others. Jones also has plans to expand the Brivo access control management system to include its office facility in White Plains, NY and a number of distribution centers as well. Jones will soon begin integrating video surveillance into its Brivo system.

Jones utilizes Brivo to manage approximately 225 doors, which will increase as other buildings are brought on-line. In New York City alone, the company relies on Brivo to secure 25 floors in several different buildings.
