IdentiSys announces recent acquisition

Company's ninth identification acquisition in the last seven years expands product offerings

Eden Prairie, MN — June 4, 2012 — IdentiSys Inc., North America’s largest sales and service integrator of identification, card issuance, emergency response and access control/CCTV security systems, today announced the acquisition of the Identification Division of Claritus Inc., headquartered in Lincoln, NE, with additional offices in Sioux Falls, SD, Dakota Dunes, SD and Omaha, NE.

Claritus specializes in providing identification technology solutions including digital photo ID systems, embossed card personalization systems, loyalty or membership card systems, smart card/biometric applications, secure access/access control/CCTV and patient identification solutions to the corporate, government, healthcare, education, membership/loyalty, first responder and emergency management markets in Nebraska, South Dakota and Iowa.
